It was incorporated in October of 1995 and has its head office located in Sant Just Desvern, Spain. The company supplies pathology products, including reagents and antibodies; staining instruments and instruments for image analysis; and systems which are used by pathologists for in vitro diagnostics to diagnose cancer and other chronic diseases on the basis of tissue samples.
